Colleen Taugher

Colleen Taugher is an information designer who has led numerous information communication technology for development programs in East and West Africa. She is currently the Associate Director for Monitoring and Evaluation in the Office of International Research and Agricultural Development at Washington State University where she has designed and implemented M&E and performance monitoring plans for Extension capacity building programs in Iraq, Kazakhstan and Afghanistan. She was a core member of the team implementing the Afghan Agricultural Extension program that won the Secretary's award for best USDA project of 2014. She is currently collaborating with Michigan State University and the University of Rwanda to develop robust private public partnerships to strengthen student services for a new MSc in Agribusiness program in Rwanda.
