Jennifer Knapp is a School Food Program Specialist 3 with the New York State Education Department Child Nutrition Programs.  She stared in 2002 and has worked in all Program areas, including the Summer Food Service Program, National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program.  Jennifer and her colleagues are responsible for ensuring the fiscal and nutritional integrity of the Child Nutrition Programs in schools throughout New York State.  Jennifer has a background in Nutrition and has her B.S. in Nutrition Science and her M.S. in School Health Education.
