Can fresh mango be transported out of Hawaii to the continental United States?

Due to the fruit fly and mango weevil infestations, no fresh mangoes or seeds can be taken from Hawaii to the U.S. mainland. However, mangoes can be shipped if they have undergone an approved USDA treatment, such as radiation.
