Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables is a good choice for good health and can help with weight loss and maintaining a healthy weight. Fruits and vegetables are low in calories and high in fiber, and they provide a sense of fullness. It takes a huge plate of fruit and vegetables to equal the calories of just one cinnamon bun (see picture below).
