Conference Wrap-Up Checklist:
One month post-conference (or sooner)
1. Send follow-up letters of appreciation and /or recognition to:
a. Co-sponsors
b. Extension Administration (state and county)
c. Local and state government officials
d. Speakers
e. Donors
f. Volunteers
g. Facilities personnel
h. Other appropriate groups, organizations,
i. Individuals
2.*Attendance records:
a. Conference total
b. Tours
c. Classes/workshops
d. Trade Show
e. Regional attendance
3. Evaluations:
a. Committees responses
b. Summarizations
4. *Financial report:
1. Forward items 2, 3, and 4 to the IMGC along with a copy of the conference program; names and addresses of attendees; trade show exhibitors; conference donors; and suggestions and recommendations for next conference host. Seed money ($5,000) should be forwarded to the next IMG Conference host.
