It’s not nutrition until it is eaten, which is why we invite you to join us on the Technical Advising Professional’s Webinar Introduction to Tray Waste Data Collection Techniques. In this webinar, we will introduce the Quarter-Waste Method which is nearly as precise (90% reliability) as weighing. The method involves a visual estimation of food remaining on a student’s plate or tray.
