Dorothy Wilson currently serves as Director/ State Program Leader for 4-H Youth Development, Family & Consumer Sciences, and Expanded Food Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) with Langston University Cooperative Extension Services. She received a Bachelor of Science in Education in Family and Consumers Sciences from East Central State University, Ada, Oklahoma, Master of Education in Counseling Psychology, and Master of Science in Home Economics Education from University of Central Oklahoma and is completing studies toward an ED.D (ABD) in Adult and Continuing Education from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK.
She has over 40 years of experience with the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service. She was employed by Oklahoma State University for 16 years as an Extension 4-H Agent/Supervisor and over 24 years with Langston University where she serves in her current position. She has received numerous awards at the local, state and national levels for her outstanding achievement, leadership, and service.
