Sandra Cuellar-Healey is the Director of the eXtension Healthy Food Choices in Schools Community of Practice. Sandra has been involved in the Cornell Center for Behavioral Economics in Child Nutrition Programs (BEN Center) and the Smarter Lunchrooms Movement, since their foundation. She led the development of the online course “Creating Smarter Lunchrooms” available at Sandra is also Deputy Director of the Applied Behavioral Economics and Individual Choice Master of Professional Studies program, and Director of Communications & Outreach for the Institute for Behavioral Economics and Individual Choice (IBECC) in the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University. Sandra has a Master in Food Marketing from Cornell University (1996), a Master of Food Science from Cornell University (1985) and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia (1980).
