    This course is a self-directed certification course designed for small flock, backyard,homestead and hobby poultry owners. Participants will gain vital information on biosecurity measures that focus on prevention, response and recovery of an avian influenza outbreak.
     
  • Avian Influenza Biosecurity for Youth and 4-H Members
    Avian Influenza Biosecurity for Youth and 4-H members is a course targeted for 9-19 year-olds and members of 4-H or FFA. Students will gain important information about the avian influenza virus and ways to prevent the spread of disease. When students finish the four modules they may take the final exam to receive their Avian Influenza Biosecurity Certificate. This course material may be reproduced free of charge for public use, however, it is not be be used for profit or financial gain.
     
  • Avian Influenza for Emergency Responders
    Biosecurity for Emergency Responders Intended for emergency response personnel, this self-directed certification course provides vital information on biosecurity measures that focus on prevention, response and recovery of an avian influenza outbreak.
     
  • Animal Agrosecurity and Emergency Management
    The primary target audience for the EDEN Animal Agrosecurity and Emergency Management course is Extension educators. EDEN believes that producers, emergency responders, government officials, and other animal agriculture stakeholders can benefit from the information in this course as well. The estimated time to complete the entire course is eight hours, but the course does not have to be completed in one session.
