R/QTL Tutorial

This tutorial instructs users how to locate, download, and load R and R/QTL software. The tutorial also provides users with R/QTL commands used to load data and perform simple interval mapping (SIM), composite interval mapping (CIM), and multiple interval mapping (MIM).
